They needed a logo design and accompanying brand elements that would tell their story, with a subtle nod to the Arabic meaning of "Yomly."
We proposed a sleek and modern wordmark logo featuring the name "Yomly" in a contemporary and bespoke, sans-serif font. The choice of dark blue and silver as primary colors signifies professionalism and trust, while a subtle sunrise motif within the letter "o" subtly reflects the Arabic meaning "day."
To establish the "cool grown-ups" image, we created an emblem logo. The emblem consists of a stylized, forward-facing sun icon symbolizing growth, paired with the Yomly wordmark below. This design echoes Workday's professional and reliable reputation.
The new brand identity successfully reflects Yomly's aspirations and values. The chosen logo design and catchline align with their vision of being the "cool grown-ups" in the HR industry, similar to Workday's positioning. The client was pleased with the designs and felt confident that it would help them establish a stronger presence in the GCC region
